While the girls are doing lymphatic drainage massages and de-puffing routines, I feel absolutely fabulous.

My secret?

Fresh air.

Every morning I do pull-ups, stretch a little, hang around for a while, stretch again, and then continue not worrying about things beyond my control.

Highly recommended.

My next goal is a cozy little apartment surrounded by greenery.
